Inflated water Bill

I have received water bill for Rs. 5, 353.00 period 26.09.2011 to 09.05.2012 from Delhi Jal Board. The bill is highly inflated. For example: My bill for period 17.06.2011 to 26.09.2011 was only Rs.284.29. The water consumption diring this period (100 days) was only 28 KL. this is an average consumption of .28 Kl per day.

The inflated bill # 623213 shows water consumption of 243 Kl for 223 days which works out to be 1.1 KL per day. This is not possible since nothing has been added to the house which can result into increase of 3 times the normal.

Request that my bill must be reveiwed.
