De board on the way

I usually travel in 764 it is Najafgarh to nehru place and bus no. is 8700. today on 07.05.12 driver drive the bus very slowly near madhu vihar depot he said, not able to drive bcoz gate is not opening and closing properly and canductor said ' chalo dusri bus m baita deta hu ' but all buses totally full not able to get board once we went to madhu vihar depot controller, there is lot of buses but he refuse to provide bus of that route no. 764 (hum bus nhi denge dusra ruth kaat jayega). Bus for what only for public why they cannot do that. This happen most of the time and why they donot check properly before going on the route.

Request you please check and reslove the as soon as possible.
