Delivery problems and misbehavou

My dad (G. Surendran) sent me homeo medicines through Professional Couriers (kulasekharam, Kulasekharam PO, kanyakumari dist, Tamilnadu) on 26-07 and he was assured that the courier will be delivered within 48 hours. On Saturday 28th june i received a call from Courier service person's mob no: 09916726389, 12.26 pm. he ask me to collect the parcel, where he was located. I requested him to deliver it to my home. My home is hardly 100 metres away from benniganahalli main road. He asked me the location and i directed him the way to my home. my courier was not delivered to me on time. When I called him after an hour, he disconnected my call, and then i called the office on 30th tune 2012. They told me that the parcel will deliver the next day. But still it is not delivered and they are not ready to take my call. Already 5 days are over. Please take a strict action against Professional Couriers.
