Group Insurance and other service benefits more than one lakh swallowed

In the corrupt administration of office of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor, the service benefits and Group Insurance amounts more than one lakh rupees is swallowed connected to my deceased husband Sri L Hemanathan, who was working as senior teacher in the CSI School, Kolla Gunta, Karvet Nagar Mandal in Chittoor Dist. Since the year 2005 to till the date more than 100 complaints have been forwarded at my end for justice in this regards. The probing authorities including Vigilance are silent and did not disperse the above amounts after appropriate enquiries. The amounts as specified above and suitable compensation may be issues to me immediately in the interest of justice.
