Against speed post

Dear Sir,

I have mailed an important document on speed post from Okhla Ph-3 to Una, Himachal Pradesh, at address Rajkumar, Room - 1 Rest house near army canteen, Una on Dtd.16/01/10 and

haven't been delivered till date. The packet instead of delivering in Una was delivered to Shimla.

Such is the pathetic condition of this service. Some of the staff neglected and misbehaved on phone.

Some action is required against such callousness.
