I, Subhadip Chowdhury (phone 91-9874405552, 91-33-65489019), had
applied for a PAN Card (PAN no: ADFPC6309J) correction (to change the
name and address) on 27 July. The acknowledgment number is
881020207225281.

I posted the details (proofs, photos, and the print out of the form)
on 29 July using the Speed Post of Indian Post Office. The AWB number
to track for the same is EW959895927IN. When I track it, I get to see
that the consignment reached the Pune Office yesterday at 12:00 noon.
Yet from the site, I get the message "We have not yet receive...
For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or
contact TIN Call Center at 020 - 27218080".
I even tried to call the mentioned number many times (at least 5
times), but even after sticking to the call for about 10 mins each
time, no one attended. Since for me, it was an STD call, I could not
continue.
When I mail, I get to see the same message that the documents, whereas the postal department site mentions that it has been delivered. Your help is highly solicited.
