Polluted water supply

Dear Sir,

I am consumer resident of Plot#3, Road#1, vijaypuri colony, kothapet, hyderabad - 500035. getting polluted water supply from HMWSS and I have given the complaint to HMWSS on 10th March and still the problem is not yet solved and token number is 6402 and HMWSS is sending the message that the problem is solved with solving the issue, so now the latest token number is 8389 rigistered on 13/04. I have walked in to deptartment and informed to DGM, AE but no action was taken. And Not even sending the water tank.

So I request the authorities to take severe action against the AE, DGM for not solving the issue.
