Courier didnt Delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have sent some important document by DTDC Courier on 28-4 to pune from Bhopal. My consign. no is: M51433565. I have also mention mobile number of the receiver. I have been told that courier will be delivered within 2-3 days. I have been charged 65 rs. After few days when I confirmed about the delivery I came to know that it hasn’t delivered. I have contacted to the branch, and after a week I have been told that due to some address problem courier wasn’t delivered. But the given address was absolutely right. The question is if the delivery boy wasn’t able to find the address, cant he make call. My papers are still hasn’t came back to me. The Branch owner told me that its just a human error. But I want to know who will responsible for the delay.
