Lost parcel

My firm revolution exports has given one parcel to dtdc courier company sec-10 noida branch on 3rd of feb .nd even by today company has not delivered the packet.on company website the status of my packet is showing that it is in transit since 3rd of feb.i hv complaint to dtdc main off but there was no responce frm there side. This packet contains my buyer sample frm which i could get future business.but due to dtdc mishanding i lost my packet nd my future business.worth rs 8 lacks.plz help us to provide my lost packet, my future busines nd personal haresment which i had faced my buye
