No Response after collecting letter and charges

On 4th Oct I have handed over a letter to a

Business Co-ordinator of DTDC - Mr M G Srikanth.

Address on his card: No. B-1, Jayakrishna Complex,

Krishna Temple Street,

Doddabommasandra,

Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore - 97

Mobile: 9972464926

The letter was urgent and he took the payment saying that he will deliver the receipt and docket number within few hours. But the letter has not reached till now. From that time till date Mr Srikant has kept his mobile switched off. He doesnt attend or respond to SMS or send any message about the whereabouts of the letter.

This letter was application for my house mutation in Kolkata. The addressee was :

Md Masud Alam, Jalvayu residency, 337 Motilal Gupta road, Sakherbazar, Kolkata 700008.
