DTDC
DTDC dissatisfied customer and most weired services. Must need some legal action against it

Dear Sir/mam

I sent a courier through DTDC courier service on 4th March to Garhmukteshwar. I also varified that if there is a service of DTDC there in Garhmukteshwar. They said that there is a service. Today its 29th March. 26 days since courier was delivered. It has not been received yet to the receiver. This courier was very important and i already lost 27, 000 thousand amount due to this.

I did everything that i can do to recover it but they have an irresponsible behavior now.

I want to sue them please suggest me what legal action can i take against them.
