Dtdc courier and cargo limited
Non delivery of parcel

On 27th of january i send an important documents through dtdc bf 830 BEML gate branch bangalore to srinagar (j &k). it was due to reach on 30th. but delivery is not done till today (10th feb'10). i spoke to mrs Nagmani, mob no-9448247977 but no satisfactory reply get. on cheking of the online record i was told that it is delivered on 30th jan, manifest no z 4122926. its surprising how they are maintaing manifest no. if the parcel was not delivered. on contacting srinagar branch of dtdc, initially they said courier is not deliverd and lying with them only. so i gave them some time but even after passing 7-8 days they didn't delivered.

i am afraid my parcel is even lost or what?? its really a shameful service. certainly dtdc should be dealth properly as per the law of the land.
