DTDC Courier
COURIER NOT DELIVERED

Dear Sir/Madam

A courier was sent by me on 15/2 from kaithal, haryana on the name of Ms. Meenakshi, address H.No.233, Qutubpur, Rewari Haryana by DTDC courier and cargo service, CN NO. Z25546791 (courier receipt is attached herewith) which is not delivered even after a month. Generally on the same address a courier takes only two or three days maximum. I approached the franchise dealer in rewari so many times but he did not give any satisfactory answer to me and misbehaved with me. Niether this courier is delivered on the mentioned address nor it was sent back to consignor address. I approached to franchise dealer rewari to deliver the courier but he strongly refused my request, in reply he says if you want the courier then you have to pick it from my shop I'll not deliver it on the address.

So it is my humble request to take necessary action and issue the orders to delivered the said courier immediately.

This courier contains very important documents and if this courier not delivered then i'll bear an irreparable loss.

So please take it as urjent and solve the same as soon as possible.
