Non Delivery Of Consignment

I would like to complaint about the dtdc courier service, I have courier a consignment to Bhilai on Monday ie 8th aug and they told me that my consignment will reach Bhilai by thursday ie 11th aug but it did not, then i called the dtdc office in Bhilai on friday and they told me that their employee is out for delivery and it will reach by the evening, again a wrong commitment made by them, then i tried to call them but i couldn't, coz they have switched off all their number. I had very bad time with dtdc, now i promise that i will never use this company in future.
