DTO SRIGANGANAGAR/DRIVING LICENCE
NON ISSUE OF NOC OF TWO WHEELER DRIVING LICENCE

Sir, I got Two Wheeler Licence from DTO, Sriganganagar (Rajasthan) vide Licence No RJ34538/99 on 13 Jul 99 when I was working in Sriganganagar (Rajasthan). My job is transeferrable and at present I am in Chennai (Tamilnadu). I had applied for LMV Licence in RTO (TN04), Chennai (Tamilnadu) but due to non availability of NOC RTO officials of Chennai (Tamilnadu) said that for processing of document for issue of NEW LMV Licence NOC of old Two Wheeler Licence is required. For this I had sent an application alongwith scanned copy of DRIVING LICENCE to DTO, Sriganganagar vide SPEED POST Receipt No ET164934649IN on 22 Oct 11 requesting for send NOC for my residential address or to RTO Chennai (Tamilnadu) in their official Email ID rtotn04.nic.in or my email ID crux3369@yahoo.in. As of now after spenting nine months DTO, Sriganganagar neither sent NOC to my residential address/Email ID nor on email ID of RTO, Chennai.
