I had summitted the ASR Form again on 20/12 with verification of account from my bank on their letter head duly attested by my employer, but still credit against Cheque No. 232683 Dt. 28/5 Amt. Rs. 26100/ is pending from your-side. I had couriered the above said paper on 20/12 at below mentioned address

Dear Sir,

W.r.t. to below mentioned claim I just received the amount of Rs. 69861.00 vide Chq. No. 751127 issued by your deptt (against previous Cheque No. 606643 Dt. 28/5 Amt. Rs.66582/-). which was credited in my account (003104000098308 with IDBI bank, Sector 8, Chandigarh) on 6/1. But the payment against the second cheque (Cheque No. 232683 Dt. 28/5 Amt. Rs. 26100/-) still not received till date.

Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to clear my pending claim.

That why my bank returns the cheques to your departmentI discussed this issue with your delhi office on telephone, they suggest me to fill ASR form and Verified Letter of Account No. from my bank, according to the instructions I send all the papers by registered post. I trying for your enquiry no. from long time but not able to get connected. Kindly please arrange to clear my claim at the earliest and please tell me now whether my payment cheques will send to my bank for credit or to my address through post
