Pf money not transfer in account

Dear sir i m Pradeep Kumar Sharma from sitapur, uttar pradesh, india.

sir i have claim my pf on 10 janiary but i have not still got money transfor in my account but in pf office my epf claimed settled for Rs.31223/-vide chq no. 934301 dated 28/04.thatis same forwarded in my account no 10907035757 of SBI at Sitapur (u.p). but i have not got money transfer in my accountSo please see where is the problem to releasing my pf claim to my account.
