My Daughter Miss NAKIYA DARUKHANAWALA, applied for EPIC on Dtd:13-07 and submitted the all documents to Electoral Registration Officer, at 63, Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata-700001 alongwith copies of Birth Certificate, Ration card, Father & Mothers Voters ID Card, & Passport. As per the information availabe on internet she alloted the EPIC Card No: WKJ-1547066. Part No:159. Sr No:1264.

Since then I am running from piller to post at above office. Since the EPIC Card is require for her Acedemic Carrer and hence request you to HELP Me.
