High electricity bill

I have been suffering from high electricity bill from last 2-3 months. I launched complain last month and thereafter my bill was reduced but shockingly the amount deducted was again added up this month (April). it seems my electric meter is not working well but that's not my fault. i would be glad if they even replaced the meter board.
