ELECTRICITY PROBLEM
IR-REGULAR POWER SUPPLY

This is with reference to power supplied to Olumbwadi village by PC:6, BU:4341, DTC :4341032 by Vasai Gaon power station in Vasai, Parnaka. The people in this village are facing low voltage problem for past 2 years. An year back i.e. is June the MSEB people installed new transformer for this individual village. The installed transformer is of low power rating as compared to the load required for the odd 100 houses in the village. The voltage in evening drops to 110v and frequently the transformer trips of leading to a blackout in the village. This has damaged several electrical appliances due to frequent low voltages and constant switching of the electricity. The has been brought to the notice of the officers in the power station. Written complaints have been given to the officers with all villagers signature on it who face the problem because of the transformer. The officers are seating idle on this matter for more than a year. When contacted on the phone for a update on the complaint status the officers give a irritating smile and say nothing is in their hands. Can someone help in this case or whom does the villagers need to approach for having a solution on this problem.
