Errand behavior of Govt. Authorities towards electric supply

Hi Sir/ Madam,

This saga is for certain years now. As the small village of Chinchani near Tarapur in Dahanu taluka of Thane district has been facing electricity problems.

The electric cuts in the village are almost 20-22 hours a day which is much higher than usually expected and also, the authorities bluntly say to still expect higher cuts.

The rationale as explained by the MSEB officers to this is that the bill amounts to not match to the units consumed and there are illegal electric pull out wires by some families to pull electric supply in their homes without having proper meters.

However, to rule out this issue is the MSEB authorities job and not the job of other civilized people in the village.

Hence, request you to look into it, if possible.
