Ill treating ladies while they apply the application

Dear Sir
When my wife went to apply the Electroll application form the person works in the Hebbal, Dasarahalli, (Next to Kasi viswanath temple) BBMP, Bangalore-24. office is illtreating her with no respect. He opened the office at 10.15am and closed the office at 10.35 am today and almost everyday. The security is also supporting for this kind of bad behaviour.
Request you to take immediate action against this.
