PF cheque not received since 2 yrs

Dear Sir,

my pf account no. is 36736/326

Since past two years am following with the PF office in chennai.

and PRO also.

Due to wrong entry of my Bank account, my pf settlement got issue and amount not credited in my account.

But still my settlement still pending.

I have already return Cheque sent by PF office, but after that they did not respond anything.they are saying you are case already close.

Pl kindly look in to this case and sort out as soon as possible,
