Sir,

I am in receipt of pension under EPS, 1995. I was drawing my pension form Bank of India, Bhayandar Branch. My PPO No. is MH/14359/1617 dated 1/9. I had requested for transfer of my pension account from BOI Bhayandar Branch to BOI Warje-Malwadi Branch Pune. The BOI Bhayandar Br. sent my pension file along with all documents and my request for transfer to the Chief Manager, Pension Dept. Provident Fund Office Malad (W), Mumbai vide letter BYR/LP/109 dated 17th January. I have opened an account with BOI Warje-Malwadi Br. Pune. The Pension file has so far not been forwarded to BOI Warje-Malwadi Br. Pune by the Regional Pension Dept. Provident Fund Office Malad (W) office, Mumbai as a result I have not received my pension for last 11 months.

Hope you assist me in gettin my pension transferred to my pension account at BOI Warje-Malwadi Br. Pune at the earliest.
