Payment not made even after 3 years

I, N Gopalakrishnan, worked for a company called Prince Plastics international pvt limited from April to Nov.

My EPF account number is GJ/23258/806.

After submitting my settlement form, the EPF office sent two cheques bearing # 545789 dated 1st October for an amount of Rupees Fifty six thousands five hundreds and thirty two only (56532/-) and another cheque # 644363 dated 30th Sept for an amount of Rupees Six thousands six hundreds and thrity two only (6632/-)

However, the irony is, they did not sign the cheque and they mentioned the wrong account number in the cheque. After following with the Bankers (HDFC, Pimpri), i returned those cheques through my employer to the EPF office Vapi.

From then on, i am following with them for my EPF settlement for which i am not getting any proper answers. They maintain that they had sent the cheuqes and when asked for details they refuse to give any.

I request the forum to take up the issue and settle my EPF amount that is pending for almost 3 years now.
