PF not recieved since 2007

Hi,

My name is Miss Bindu Bangera. I was working for Delhi based company Contact India Commodities Pvt Ltd who had branch office in Mumbai from 16/1 to 20/8.I had applied for my PF withdrawal twice since then and I have not got any response. I approached various PF offices in Delhi and was finally asked to fill Form 19 & Form 10C the second time for withdrawal. This was done in 28th June. This was sent to Wazirpura Industrial Area, New Delhi 110052. As I dint have the new address of the company I was asked to give my Bank account no. which I had submitted alongwith the attested copy of the Branch Manager. I was told the money will be transferred directly to my account. This has not happened till date.

This is major trauma I am facing for past 5 years. The EPF gives advertisment that we should withdraw the money in time or get it transferred but what about the support from their end. I have been following for past 5 years. Sitting in Mumbai its really difficult to get in touch with people in Delhi.

My PF Account no. is DL/934816/011.

Request you to please look in to the matter asap and transfer the amount in my bank account.
