Pension Dis-continued

This is to inform that my mother Smt. Sumitra Devi w/o late Shri. Rajdev is getting pension under Family Pension Scheme since 1989. We recieved letter ref no: PDS/FPS-71/DL/PPO/4598/3082 from EPF office, Regional office, Delhi- North dated; 13/10/09 sent to SBI, main branch, parliament street, New Delhi and the copy was sent to us, stating the release of pension of Rs. 617/- p.m from October through SBI, Badarpur, New Delhi, to be credited in her SB A/c# 67862 (Pass Book No: 10782988357).

We have submitted all the documents to EPF office, Delhi- North and later they informed us to contact SBI, Badarpur branch for the withdrawl of pension amount. When we approached bank they denied any pension being released or credited by EPF office in Sumitra Devi account nor do they have any written information.

We have been following this matter with the EPF office and the Bank regularly but they are simply circumlocating us by giving us a statement that this has been done contact your bank and bank is asking us to contact bank.

My mother is sick and lives in Azamgarh, U.P and she has to come everytime to Delhi in order to get the formalities done for the release of pension. She is dependent on pension and from last 7 months she is not getting any pension.

You are requested to pls help her to get her pension continued.
