Non delever of EMS item no: EK54588175IN

The below mentioned item has been returned from my house due to non

availability of ID card on 12th Aug'2010.

The postman of beat no. 18 somehow does not delivered the said item

after a several request of my relatives. I stayed the said premises

for around 25 years and lots of such letter been delivered by the said

postman without any hassle.

Since I am a frequent international traveler which needs to carry all

the related id proof. this time also I was on tour; and while returned

up personally visited Howrah GPO for enquiring for the item. But

unfortunately I came to know that the item has been returned.

I have shown my ID card to the said postman during the visit.

Request you to please arrange to disclose the sender details so that I could ask

them to resend the item or if possible please ask them to deliver the same as

early as possible (if this is within your purview).

I also keen to know is there any official clause to show the ID card

during delivery of any item?
