Envelop parceled not received yet after 7 days of parcel

Hi,

This is to inform you that i have sent courier from Delhi to Gurgaon H:- 232, sec 22 .

This courier has to been received even after 7 days of continuous follow up witht the executives of blaze flash courier.

My bill num is 214154323 .

I called up on these two numbers 09213828104 and 011-214154323 to complain but they always fool us by saying that they have a provcedure to be followed to return back.

The service provided me was pathetic and even after following up they said to inform me about status and dint called back.
