EPF Claim under process for long time

Hello,

My PF account number is TN/MAS/54146/0054. A claim request was filed on 21/09. I have not received any claim till now from the EPF.

Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("under process") every time.

Is there anyway I can get the claim faster?
