Pf amount not yet recieved

Dear Sir/Madam

Myself Khaleeq Izhar had applied for pf withdrawl in feb and in this regard two cheques were sent to my concerned Hdfc bank in july but the account number in the cheque was written wrong, so bank has returned the cheques to pf office, and for reissuing of cheque i have sent the documents to pf office on 10th november but still there is no response from pf office niether i have recieved any notification nor the payment, moreover i have mailed this issue to pf commissoner Mr. Kulkarni but he has also not responded.
