PF Transfe

To Whom It May Concern,

I joined IBM India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore in September and i was opened with a new PF account (KN/BN/19214/045322). At that time of joining IBM, I gave a Form 13 for PF transfer from my previous employer (QPro Infotech Ltd, Chennai. TN/48699/269 (later renamed as E-Edit Solutions)).

I did not receive any confirmation stating the successfullness of the transfer for 3 years. I received the PF Statements for the year 2007 and in November from IBM. The statements which i received shows that the account (KN/BN/19214/045322) has been started from a 0 balance, which means the transfer has not happened.

I have sent a written letter to The Assistant PF Commissioner (Accounts), EPFO Regional Office, in Bangalore and in Chennai. BUT WITH NO RESPONSE.

I had been to the EPFO office in person to Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Bangalore, BUT THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS PATHETIC. Finally, I was told to check with the EPFO Chennai, as the records here doesn't show about any transfer.

I would like to know the status of this transfer? If the transfer is not initiated, then pls provide me a confirmation to go ahead and close the account, as it has been 3 years now since the account is non operational.

I would like to close the TN/48699/269 and take back my HARD EARNED money. Please help me with this regard.
