Grievance site problem

I have applied for PF transfer from AP/23034/34992 to MH/18734/36888 2 years back. still iam waiting for this tranfer to happen. Now I have changed the company and still now My PF money is not transferred.

Even Grievance site is not allowing me to enet any Grievance online Its throwing message that. I have already registered Grievance and after 30 days only i can put fresh greivance . but I have grievance registered 6 months back.

These Governement sites 50% automation is still painfull, with so many Bugs in it . and we can nnot call and approach anyone for this. all the numbers are always busy.

I do not know how this site is helpful, but wanted to share my pain though.
