DELAY IN PROCESS OF MY EPS CLAIM

SIR,

MY EPF a/c no. KN/32/17005, i have worked in ITI Ltd, Bangalore from 10-01 to 31-05, due to personal problem i have been resigned from the company on 31-05, I have submitted my final withdrawal of EPS claim along with Form 10c and relevant documents on 09-09, my employer was forwarded the application on 05-11 to EPFO, K.R Puram, Bangalore for further process of my claim. so many months were over still i have not received the claim. Many times i enquiry EPFO, office simply they are telling that your application is under process. This will show the negligence of Duties and service of being a goverment organisation. Kindly look in to the matter and clear my final withdrawal of EPS claim immediatly

1. How many days will it take to get final withdrawal of EPS Claim?

2. If it late processing of application, then Why it is getting late?
