PF A/c Status not available

I have not been getting any update on my PF Ac No: KN/19243/1345 since April. Can somebody help me? My past employer M/s Praxair India Pvt. Ltd. has been trying hard to get information but the non co-operative attitude of the PF Office employees have left them helpless.

May I appeal to the PF Office KR Puram through this website through this website to kindly be considerate to people who have kept their money with a lot of trust with them.

I expect the minimum courtesey from them to answer to a mail t least within 15 days of reciept of the same.
