PF A/C 19214/058750 - Claim status shows as under process for the last 2 months

Hi,

I am Ramesh, worked in IBM India Pvt Ltd between Apr'07 and MAY'10. My PF application for settlement has been reched KR puram office on 11th March.

Still the status shows as under process, as per the guidelines stated it has to be settled in 30 days time. But I am not sure how many months it will take to be settled.

I would appreciate if you help me in this regard.
