Not Receive the PF Amount

Dear Sir,

Post my resignation from my last organization I submitted the PF withdrawn form at South Delhi PF office on 9th-June. My PF number is DL/31807/040.

At the time of submission the associate claimed me that the amount will be trasfered to my Bank account by 45 - 60 days. after not receiveing any communication after 2 months, I visited EPFO website and posted my compaint at their grievace cell i.e EPFiGMS on 10th-Aug. In reply i received an auto response saying

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your grievance has been registered in EPFiGMS vide Registration number DELSO/E/07187 and has been sent to:

Officer's Name: Shri Gautam Dixit

Address of the concerned Officer: EPFO, RO-Delhi (South)

Please quote the same in your future correspondence.

Even after this when i did not received the amount I tried to call them in the month of August in the mentioned number and one female told me that the transfer will happen in next 15 day she also told me that for further detail I should call on some other number i.e. 01128050758.

After 15 day I called on that number and i was told that this will be done by October.

I tried to send one more reminder on 9th-Sept but it didn't work.

Sir please help me out as it is already more than four month and the Employee there in south Delhi PF office are not co-operating.
