Rude Behavior towards customers

At E seva Ramnagar, Hyd, the behavior of staff particularly a lady at the counter receiving bills was very rude.

When I refused to accept a soiled torn fifty note from the lady at the counter after paying my bill, she started abusing me and ultimately made a big issue of it. Finally I had to accept the note which is of no use to me (as it is torn and soiled).

I request the concern authorities to look into the matter and see that such issues don't happen in future and also make sure that the staff of E-seva respect customers.
