Due my leave (Payment)

I am a patient having renal kidney transplanted on 29.11.10, on dialysis from 08.11.10, I was in hospital at dialysis in medanta the medicity and the same date the ESI officer called me in ESI local office in this case I was unable to reach at the same date, so ESI officer don’t give my (leave) payment. I have given many evidence but he has not release my payment and each time he is creating a new drama. I am continuously follow up & going to ESI Local office (ESI Office Bhiwadi, Rajasthan) again and again but they neither give me specific answer nor releasing my due payment. Pl. clear my matter...
