Express IT Courier
No Proper Service & Poor Response

Sir / Madam, I've requested ICICI bank for provisional IT certificate and I was informed by mail that ICICI bank has couriered it through Express IT customer care team (reference to the AWB no.2820945175). I was concerned as I have not received the courier and there wasn't any update even after 6 days (as promised by ICICI bank). When I went to the Express IT website to check for the status of my delivery item, its really surprising to see the status as "No Consignee at given address". As I've been recieving the couriers from other courier firms, its really schocking and I'm unable to understand what went wrong here to deliver this courier from your end? When contacted the EXpress IT courier through email (bomcs@expressit.in], they have not responded properly. This is simply not acceptable, as if this continues, the possiblity of missing the confidential items are high. The Courier company didn't attempt to call me and inform me by any means and how come there is comment that "No consignee at given address" - which is totally a FALSE statement, as I recieve courier from other banks, sometimes through the same company too... I humbly request to look in to this matter and take suitable actions to ensure postal delivery system is more secured, ensuring safe and fast delivery. Also, the customer must be respected and given proper response, improving the customer service to a great extent. Thanks, Kamal
