Express IT Courier
NON DEVLIVERY OF COURIER

I dont understand why all banks are sticking to this Express IT COURIER services. I never faced the problem with any other courier services.

These courier service could not deliver my Credit card from last one month at my home or office reason being CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE.

First attempt made on May 26 consignee not avaible. No information on mobile no sms no communication at all.

However I called up bankd for SBI tata card status whether this card is going to deliver or not. They confirmed that it has already being returned back to bank. This to my surprise. Even Bank did not bother to inform me that your card is being dispatch. and More great is Courier service.

Bank confirmed that we will send your card again around 9 June and card booked for delievey on 11 june courier service always saying CONSIGNEE not available. My family is always avaible there and I asked my security guards that my courier is about to delievered please assist them to locate my flat for the courier delivery.. BUT NO ONE HAS TURNED UP TILL THAT. HOWEVER i CAN SEE THE STATUS OF MY AWB. 8611393571 GETS UPDATED AS CONSINGEE NOT AVAILABLE. i HAVE SENT MAIL TO bomcs@expressit.in ON JUNE 16 THEY PROMISED TO GET IT DELIEVERED NEXT DAY.

I got call to confirm my address again NO ONE TURNED UP for delivery of courier. I had been calling them up every day what is the status of courier no body bother to speak on phone. They disconnect the phone or phone keep on going busy.

This was not the first time they have not delievered my card .. But when I recalled same happened with my Statment from ABN AMRO BANK this was the same courier company who failed to deliver my courier.

Express IT IS MAKING FOOL OF BANKS AND ALSO CUSTOMER..BANKS WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS IF THEY KEEP USING THIS TYPE OF COURIER SERVICES.

As I have called my bank to cancel my card.
