This is to bring to your notice that my mother MRS. KAMAL MADHAVRAO DESHMANE. who died on 9TH march. she was retired as BEAT OFFICER from EDUCATIONAL DEPT. B.M.C. As soon as we received the death certificate we forwarded all required documents to Mumbai municipal corpn. pension dept.(c.s.t.) and other documents with all formalities to education office Hindu colony Dadar east in the concerned dept. to start pension with my father MR. MADHAVRAO DESHMANE. who is 84yrs now. i am following both the offices for last four months but i am not getting any satisfactory answer . my father is self reliant and avoid any help from us. we request you to look in this matter so that he can enjoy his money at his last stage. following is the details of documents.
