Over charging of car park

On 19th I visited Mandai (Laxmi Raod) pune and parked my car in Mandai car parking. When I returned after 1 hour 45 minutes I was asked to give 30/- to which I objected and demanded something to be produced in writing to which I was told that nothing is there and I should pay 20/- (10/- for each hour).

Further I asked why the same has not been displayed the person collecting cash misbehaved. May I expect that proper display is being done and no other person is cheated and if at all the parking is costly there the same should be increased but should be displayed. Why the consumer is left to the mercy of illiterate people.
