This has reference to Consigment number H20863008 from Axis Bank, Alappuzha to Axis Bank, Chennai
We had specifically mentioned while despatching that the same must reach Chennai on 20.03. for which an assurance was given and urgency noted.
Despite that we find that the consignment has not been delivered till the morning hours of 21.03.2012 due to which our customer has had to suffer a loss of Rs 5000/-
The customer has opined that he may not want to bank with us. The failure to meet the commitment has happened not from the bank side, but from your side, for which we will be filing a claim to compensate the loss of the customer.
