Dear Sir,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding Non-Delivery of a Parcel followed by Poor response from the concerned staffs. The Courier service is called Franch Express Network. The parcel had been booked at Shakthivel Agency at Pallikaranai by one Mr. Jegan. The AWB no is 1300055188. The parcel had been booked on 10/05 and not been delivered till date. It is ridiculous to hear that it has already taken 6 days where From and To address are within the same city. I request you to kindly take strong action against this Courier Service for their poor service.
