Unorganised TTD management

Hi,

I am Sindhu Chakrapani from Bangalore... Our family had decided to visit to tirumala to have lord venkateshwara darshana... We family of 12 (of age groups from 15-75) arrived at tirupathi on 30th April. We decided to climb the hill by walk, so we started to walk at early morning 4:00 on 1st may. we took 1 and an half hour to reach Galigopara... We had to get our bio metrics and free ticket in galigopara to avail free darshana. there was such a large Q .. although they have more than one counter, only one counter was opened... there is no organised Q and the security guards and police people are least bothered to maintain Q..Also there are many people who joins in the middle of the Q... Also secuirty guard people and police people wil take some bribe and get the tickets for the people who cant stand in Q... there is no proper arragngement... We wasted 2 hours... May 1st is an general holiday and it was saturday so its expected a large number of crowd, in this case TTD or any organisation should open more than 20 counters to issue tickets..there are many people who is aged, handicapped, preganat and kids. Please wake up and look at the organisation there... CARE less organisation by TTD and the police and the security guards. Hope this wil be resloved soon.
