Lost my courie

This is to inform you that i couried a very important document on 27th of January to Darbhange, Bihar after getting the confirmation from their end (Gati). But it is almost 20 days now but that courier did not reach the destination & neither have I got my courier back. Even after sending lots of mail & keep calling to the customer care dept. no body is ready to take any responsibility..

Pls let me know how to go about it. I m seeking quick response from their end. It is not just about cheating 72/- but i want them to be penalized for this absurd act.
