Document Pending in puri but not delivered since friday

One very very urgent document sending by my staff from sambalpur to puri & the document already pending in your puri branch since last friday but your branch officials despite of knowing importancy of the document till date the same document delivered to me. it is usal practice of puri branch when ever any documents pending with them they used to give misses call to the reciver to receive the document from their office. So plz look in to the matter very sriously. Expecting early replay
