Waste and Garbage thrown in residential Area

This is regarding the Garbage and waste thrown in residential areas in Kaktiya Nagar, Neredmet near Sai Ram Bakery (16AK route- bus stop). People throw waste and garbage in the empty plot which is been spread on the roads by the street dogs. I request you to please take some action against this, as it is in residentail area, there is always a threat of viral fevers etc and also it is very un hygenic and dirty to look around and also we are unable to walk, as it is in the middle of the road.
