Non delivery of speed post no. ER039720493IN

I posted a document to newcastle, australia on 3.12.2009. it is really important to reached within 5 days. when i posted it, it was told to me that it will reached in 5 days but now its above 10 days. i dont understand what kind of facilities they are offering. i paid for speed post but they r giving me facilities of registered post. this is really insensitive. who vl pay the compansiation of causes of delay. it was really urgent to reached before 11.12.2009. if it vl not reach by tomorrow then my brother vl not able to receive result before feb. this is really rediculious. pls do something in this regard
